What we collect

When you request an information pack or a callback, we collect your first name, last name, email address, phone number and state or territory. We also collect basic technical information such as the pages you visited, used to understand which guides are most useful.

Why we collect it

We use your details to send you the information pack you requested, to arrange a callback if you asked for one, and to send occasional related information you can opt out of at any time.

Who we share it with

We never sell your information. We share your details only where necessary to provide what you asked for — for example with a licensed financial adviser or specialist arranging your callback — and with service providers such as our email platform, who are bound to use it only for that purpose.

How we store it

Your details are submitted over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and stored with access limited to those who need it. We retain information for as long as needed to provide our service or to meet legal obligations.

Unsubscribing and removal

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email we send, or by replying and asking us to remove your details. Once you opt out, we stop sending further communications.

You may also ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it.
